من می خوام این کد رو

بذارم توی صفحه comment.php به جای 'Comments are closed.'
وقتی اینکارو میکنم ارور میده چون تو این کد از php استفاده شده و جایی هم که میخوام قرار بدم تو php قرار داره
حالا باید چه بلایی سر کد اول یا دوم بیارم تا اونجایی که می خوام بتونم کدمو نمایش بدم
